Dry Ginger Ale

For this unique ginger ale, StrangeLove partnered with a UK company who has developed a proprietary process to smoke water! The result is a gloriously funky Dry Ginger Ale made with applewood smoked water that, in turn, brings some delicate and complex peaty notes to this unique ginger ale. Of course, ginger is the main profile and here StrangeLove uses high-spec, super aromatic ginger oil to bring loads of lively spice while burnt sugar provides the deep, dark mouthfeel. It pairs beautifully with all dark spirits--dark Rum and Bourbon being the obvious go-tos. To avoid any confusion, the existing Dry Ginger is soon to be relabelled as Hot Ginger Beer.
